Grievance categories
- Refund request: Include your payment ID from the pack page. Before-download refunds are processed within 24 hours.
- Data access: Request a full export of all data we hold about you.
- Data deletion: We will purge your profile data within 30 days.
- Inaccurate scheme information: Tell us which scheme info is wrong; we investigate and correct.
- Technical issues: Pack not received, payment stuck, etc.
