PramaanAI is an independent AI-powered service. We are NOT a government portal, NOT affiliated with any central or state government ministry.
What you get for ₹49
- One Application Pack PDF for one selected scheme.
- Includes: eligibility report, document checklist, step-by-step apply guide, nearest CSC locator, deadline reminders setup.
- The pack helps you understand how to apply. It does NOT guarantee scheme approval by the government.
- Final eligibility and approval is decided solely by the relevant government authority.
Refund Policy
- Before download: 100% refund within 24 hours of payment. Contact [email protected] with your payment ID.
- After download: Case-by-case review by Grievance Officer. We assess on merit.
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method (Razorpay).
What you must NOT do
- Submit false profile information to manipulate eligibility results.
- Resell or redistribute Application Pack PDFs without our written consent.
- Attempt to bypass the payment gate or impersonate other users.
Limitation of liability
PramaanAI provides information and guidance. We are not liable for: rejection of your scheme application by the government; delays in government processing; errors in scheme data caused by government policy changes. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us (₹49 per pack).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
